MPS Technologies Limited (“MPS”) is a special purpose vehicle incorporated to manage the concession of the Nigerian Public Security and Communication Service network (“NPSCS”)
ABOUT US
The NPSCS is a national telecommunication network built by the Federal Government of Nigeria. The NPSCS network operates on 450Mhz spectrum and provides specialised communications solutions and capabilities to enhance the operational effectiveness of the Nigerian security agencies. The network was built through the collaborative efforts of the Federal Ministry of Police Affairs, the Federal Ministry of Finance, and the China Exim Bank.
MPS is on a mission to build a Next-Generation network using technology capable of evolving to 5G. The technology strategy is based on deploying a nation-wide network in 3 distinct market segments, each with independent radio spectrum and technology while maintaining synergy between the independent technology platforms.
